A top legal firm in Surrey was looking around for an all-round service provider. Boxes of archives were mounting up in their office, up the stairs and there were running out of room fast. As the building was listed, they couldn’t convert the place for their needs. The MD wanted to move the archives out so they could make room for more staff. They were looking to outsource this entire headache and wanted a local company that could store the priceless documents, index and rack them, retrieve files and take them to their office or pick up new archives to take back to store. Once the document’s life cycle is complete, they wanted confidential shredding undertaken and proof of destruction. No problem at all for our Molesey branch!
